Access: Configuration > Time > Time and attendance > Time and attendance parameters
1Under Time sheets, check Employee with time sheet to enter data in the timesheet.
| Things to remember ▪If you uncheck the box, the Work schedule, Schedule start and Statutory holiday calendar will no longer be visible. ▪If you use the Absence requests function and: ▪Check this box for an employee who has approved absence requests; these absence requests will be included in the targeted timesheets. ▪Uncheck this box for an employee who has approved absence requests; these absence requests will be removed from the timesheets and will automatically be generated in the payroll at the appropriate time. | 
2Under Work schedule, select a Work schedule or click on  . A window opens, allowing you to use the various search filters to find a schedule.

3Enter the Schedule start or select the date by clicking on  .

▪The date must match the First day of the week of the Time management parameters (Configuration > Time > Time management parameters).
4If you use holiday calendars, select a Statutory holiday calendar.
▪If an employee is not yet associated to a calendar, the default calendar is then used for processing (schedule display, rules calculation).
5Click on Save to complete the procedure.
