Access: Configuration > Communications > Business notification rules
1Select, as required, a trigger event in Filters and click on Refresh.
2Click on the Event in the Communications definition table.
3Under Individual recipients assignment, click on  .
.
4Uncheck the desired company.
5Click on OK.
6Click on Save.
| Important The deletion of a company is refused if there is only one recipient for that company and the trigger event is mandatory. |
