Personal information report

Employees have the right to request a report of the personal information contained in their employee file within our payroll application.

This function should only be used at the employee’s request. Therefore, only one report can be produced at a time.

To protect the employees’ sensitive information, only application managers have access to this menu function. However, it is possible to grant access to other users by modifying the accesses via the Access to function function in the Payroll and HR section of the access to functions list.

For security reasons, the report will be automatically deleted after four days of its publication.


Employee file > Tools > Protection of personal data > Personal information report

1.Select the employee who wants to receive a report of their personal information.

2.Select the language in which the report should be generated.

3.Click on Download. The report will be generated in PDF format only.

4.Save the report on your computer to be able to forward it to your employee afterward.

Important

The transmission, retention and destruction of this report remain your responsibility.

The information contained in this report should not be altered.
