This procedure will allow the current application manager to modify the data for a new application manager. If the application manager no longer works for the company, please contact our customer service by submitting a request in the Contact us function ( > Contact us).
Access: User management > User profile > User profile
1If you have not selected a user yet, the application will bring you to the User list screen. Select the current application manager. 2Uncheck the Access to self-service box. 3Click on Save. 4Under Identification, enter the new information then click on Save. 5Check the Access to self-service box. 6Under Associated employees for self-service access, click on Add. 7Select an employee in the Choose an employee screen. 8Under Communication settings, modify the Communication language as necessary. 9Click on Save. 10Access the function Reset authentication information (User management > User profile). 11Under the section Reset all authentication information, click the Reset all button. 12Access the function Password (User management > User profile) to generate a new password (see Generating a new password). 13Pass on to the new application manager the necessary information to access the application. |
