Access: User management > User profile > User profile
1If you have not selected a user yet, the application will bring you to the User list screen to select one.
2Click on Delete.
3Verify the information on the screen and click on OK.
| Things to remember ▪Deleting a user is impossible if that user is the sole recipient of a mandatory trigger event with no default recipient. You will have to add another recipient before carrying out the deletion. To do this, modify the Business notification rules (Configuration > Communications > Business notification rules). ▪Deleting a user is impossible if that user is an approver (including exceptional or delegated approvers) of an active employee request (Human resources > Requests management > Requests). You will have to delegate another approver before carrying out the deletion (Configuration > Communications > Requests > Delegation management). ▪It is possible to configure your company file to automatically deactivate and delete a user from Self-service (Configuration > Pay > Basic parameters per company > Payroll configuration).
